    Good morning,
    Hope you are doing well.
I have a question regarding remote work. I am currently employed in Denmark, and I have a contract with the company. I am here on a short term visa, since I just finished university and now I am waiting for the danish government to process my application to leave to Denmark. Do I need to apply for a work permit? or is it completely legal to work remotely?
    Best Regards

      Hello,
      Thank you for your comment.

If you are working remotely for a company abroad and do not receive salary from Turkey, you are not obliged to obtain work permit.

      Kind Regards,

    Hello,

I had a residence permit as an intonational student, I lost my card and I am already in the process of having it again, they told me it could take a month for my reissued permit to arrive. Is it possible for me to go out of Turkey before my permit arrives? I already had it but I lost the card and its already being processed the reposition of the new one, I just want to make sure I won’t have issues going out or inn of Turkey without the card. For me it makes sense that they have register in the system that I have a residence permit, but I wanna make sure they won’t try to charge me for staying longer than a simply tourist.

    Thank you

      Hello,
      Thank you for your comment.

You should ask Immigration Office to issue a document stating that you are currently a residence permit holder to use it during entering Turkey by the time the new card will be delivered to you.

      Best Regards,

    Hello,
I’m considering applying for citizenship through investment. In particular buying a property.
1.Can I apply for citizenship with a notary confirmed commitment to buy a property before finalizing the purchase transaction?
2.If so does such a commitment include the details of the property that I’m considering for purchase?
3.Do I have to apply for ikamet before applying for citizenship?
    4. What are the dosuments required for my under 18y old children to be included in citizenship process?
    5. Does my son has to accomplish military service in Turkey if he aquires citizenship with me under investment programme?
    Thank you

      Hello,
      Thank you for your comment.

Property payment must be completed in order to be eligible for Turkish Citizenship application on basis of investment. Obtaining residence permit is one of the stages of Turkish Citizenship by Investment application, however, is not required in the first stage to make the investment. Those, who acquire Turkish Citizenship before reaching maturity, will need to accomplish military service in the future.
